Im so turned off now

The first time I used this app, my subs werent made until I asked from them at the register.
I decided to give the app a second try. I ordered salads. I saw my salads waiting on a back counter as I stood at the register, phone in hand. The employees ignored me until they got though the long line of customers.
Once I got home, our salads were not want we ordered. Missing items. It was also mushy, as if the lettuce was old.
That may have been my last time in Subway forever.
