New app

The new app has problems. First, it has no place to enter a pin number on the app like it had before. Secondly, it will not allow me to log into my account. Ive removed the app 2-3 times and each time I try to login, it tells me press? To reset my password because Ive had too many incorrect login attempts. Ive reset my password 2-3 times and able to login using my computer.
