Also, dont buy a gift card through the app. Ex.: You have a card with a balance of $8; your order comes to $8.01; you wont be able to use that gift card on app unless you reload. Mobile ordering is convenient but at the minimum, they need to allow for a gift card to fully deplete, then for bonus app review points, enable the capability to pay the remaining balance with the alternative payment that is already stored on the app. Its 2016 and programmers are a dime a dozen.
