It keeps saying my payment methods are declined. Subway card funds and backup payment method. So why bother? This feature hasnt worked since April 2106. Get it together!

This is the worst food ordering app in the app store. Account creation process is an abomination. Enhancements needed: - Rethink the long (5 minute plus) account creation - Add Apple Pay - Add Touch ID so I dont have to login - Add ability to have a 12" sandwich wrapped as two separate six inch sandwiches - Add side order option for items like hot peppers so I can control the heat

Good recent improvements with UI. Please add TouchID. I wish it had Apple Wallet (formerly Passbook) support to store my gift cards in one place. Great start for an app! Wish list: 1) Add Apple Pay support for in-app payments. 2) Take out passcode and allow for TouchID. This would be great. 3) 3D Touch for quick order! Other than that, its great and fast! Thanks!!!

I absolutely love this app. Well Im boring and always order the same thing, my son likes to switch it up. The history feature alone is a huge timesaver for me. My local store (Center St Manchester CT) is amazing they know what kind of chips I like and always swap them out for the original chips ( One of the few flaws in this app is that you cant pick your flavor of chips ). I love walking into the store on a Friday night when the line is out the door and Just walk up to the register and get my sandwiches and theyre always made perfectly. What used to be a 15 minute process is now down to under a minute. I love the sandwiches always ready when I get there

"UI Improvements" didnt include support for larger phones.

I absolutely love how simple this is to use; unfortunately the only way to complete your order is to use a credit card, payment by cash isnt an option. So after you create your order and you have cash, it nicely details your order to repeat to the sand which artist.

For me, the point of the app is to not carry around my rewards card. Through app I can order and accrue, but now I need the physical card to redeem points and get my free sub? Pointless.

The app allows for personalized taste, which I worried about when I first saw it. It gives you the selection of ingredients and even has a greater or lesser option for all of them. It also saves your orders so you can reorder later, which really is helpful. It also saves different pay options, which is nice. Theres also a place to leave compliments or complaints about your orders. If you eat at Subway a lot, this app will save you time.

Subway stores themselves have Apple Pay capability. Why doesnt your app? Its kind of useless for me to use another credit card when Ive already got it signed up for Apple Pay but yet you dont allow it on your app so it doesnt look like Ill be using your on my map anymore. Please change this as soon as possible and Ill consider using it again.

You cant create a custom sandwich, they dont have all the chips and they make you go through to many procedures just to order food! Id rather just go there myself. Its a waste of time.

I had no problem making my sandwich on the app, but when I went to pay I was not able to use my gift card because the balance was less than my order total. I couldnt add backup funding. I was asked to reload my gift card, which would be fine but you have to reload with a whole amount - lowest amount being $10. Waste of time. Easier to just go in the store.

This App works properly. But now I have severe problems. My credit card was always declined. So I delete it from my account and tried to but it in again. Didnt work as well. Fix that pls.

I THINK THIS IS NOT TOO MUCH GOOD FOR ANY KIND OF APPLE PHONE.IT IS NEED UPGRADER TO GET MUCH SELL.THANK YOU.

Doesnt show rewards balance or what can be purchased with points. No Apple Pay and cant login with Touch ID. Whats the point of having an account at all?

I love ordering food on this app it has every last detail and option even down to how much of each topping you want!! The only thing missing is being able to place orders for a later time.

Open the app and are offering new sandwich Chicken Caesar Melt click on link to order and its not in the list to choose from. If you are going to promote new sandwich in app make sure its an option available to order within app. Otherwise app works great. Love that you can pay via the app.

I love this app! So easy and intuitive to use. All restaurants could use a lesson in app development from Subway!

All of my payment methods get declined even though I have plenty of funds available. Charges my card regardless & takes 2-3 days for charge to drop off my bank account. App is useless
