I always order a salad. I feel like the app would earn 5 stars if it just had a spot for "special instructions". Isnt that the whole point to Subway? I want my chicken heated up and I dont want my salad chopped. I have to immediately call the store to give more instructions. Its just silly. Im sure more people are finding things missing. Right? Thanks for listening.

I dont usually go to subway at lunchtime because I dont want to wait in line. This app makes it possible to order and pay before you get there. Just walk in, give your name and they hand you your sub. No wait!! Awesome.

I love subway and this app is great! It is easy to use and doesnt take to long to load!

The first time I used this app, my subs werent made until I asked from them at the register. I decided to give the app a second try. I ordered salads. I saw my salads waiting on a back counter as I stood at the register, phone in hand. The employees ignored me until they got though the long line of customers. Once I got home, our salads were not want we ordered. Missing items. It was also mushy, as if the lettuce was old. That may have been my last time in Subway forever.

Installed, created an account, and ordered three sandwiches within a few minutes. Easy to customize everything (my kids are picky). So much better than writing everyones particulars on a sheet of paper and then reciting it or handing my handwriting to an "artist."

I love this app, because I only get 1/2 hour for lunch. Makes it extremely fast and easy. I would like to be able to leave a note - our subway has great people working there (Milan, OH) and I believe with this app and a quick note it could be better. Would also like the option to pay during pickup, though I wouldnt use it much. Sometimes we all go in at work, so its a cash deal. Still cant beat the convenience!

Love ordering through the app, I use it nearly every day. Theres 4 features I wish it had: 1- favorite locations, instead of waiting to find them every time. 2- favorite meals, I tend to order one of 4-5 different subs. 3- let me redeem my reward points, I have a ton 4- let me add a note to my order, like "please toast the veggies," or "add Italian dressing," which is common in Michigan but seemingly no where else. Love the app! Huge time saver! Thanks!

Overall, not a bad app to operate. My biggest gripe is that there is no way to pay with your points using the app! I hope they dont expire!

Subway use to have a "Subway Sunrise", they dont anymore. So if you added a "Add another meat selection" to the addition to your menu, customers can "build" their own subs to fit the Subs yall have discontinued. Other words, I can "build" and "bring back" my Subway Sunrise" by adding "Turkey" to the Breakfast Black Forest Ham, Egg and cheese with added Bacon. And Subway can charge another $1.50 for the added Turkey meat. Id pay it.

I love this app it saves me a ton of time during my lunch break I have been going to Subway a lot more because of this app and will continue to use it 5 stars no issues and I love the fast check out

The new app has problems. First, it has no place to enter a pin number on the app like it had before. Secondly, it will not allow me to log into my account. Ive removed the app 2-3 times and each time I try to login, it tells me press? To reset my password because Ive had too many incorrect login attempts. Ive reset my password 2-3 times and able to login using my computer.

Easy to install. Works as advertised.

I like honey mustard on my Subway club but there isnt an option for honey mustard. I hope they fix this soon because the app is completely useless to me with out it.
