Like the App

Would like to better be able to track rewards and use them through the app. Would make it perfect.

App worked great!

Ordered off the app. Went and picked up my order. Everything was made perfectly and on time.

Gluten free

If you offer it in specific areas, and the app uses location services, then it would be nice if you offered the gluten free bread on the app.

Crashes when checking Mobile Transactions 6S+ iOS 9.3.2

Crashes when checking Mobile Transactions 6S+ iOS 9.3.2. Been like this for several updates. Also, dont buy a gift card through the app. Ex.: You have a card with a balance of $8; your order comes to $8.01; you wont be able to use that gift card on app unless you reload. Mobile ordering is convenient but at the minimum, they need to allow for a gift card to fully deplete, then for bonus app review points, enable the capability to pay the remaining balance with the alternative payment that is already stored on the app. Its 2016 and programmers are a dime a dozen.

Useless

The app isnt in the apple wallet. Then the pay scan isnt accepted everywhere. Whats going on.

Location services - really??!?

I love this app and think it is long overdue. My office is always calling in lunch orders and somehow they would always get messed up - this app fixes that. I also love that you can specify a little more or a little less with each topping. However, what I cant stand is that you have to have your location service on to be able to use the app!! I find it so invasive for an app to demand to know where I am. There should be an option for people to type in their zip code and search the nearest location if they dont want to turn on their location services. If it werent for that, I would give the app a 5 star rating

Good, but needs to be refined a lot

I mostly only use this app when I buy subs. Wish it had all the condiments at the location I go to on the app (specifically money mustard, they have it at location I go but its not o. The app). They need to add the ability to use your points you get on subs instead of having to go in and order your sub and have your card with you. Once these issues get fixed I will gladly add a star for each issue to get the 5 stars.

Payments all decline

I havent been able to place an order with this app for quite some time now. It declines any payment methods that I use. Ive even added new cards and it still declines them...and yes, theres money in the bank and these cards work in the store if I go in and order face to face. Today I had a narrow window of time to be able to order and pick up lunch, but had to struggle with the app for so long (with no success) that I lose the opportunity to leave the office. Now Im hangry, and considering not giving any more future business to Subway, app or otherwise.

Totally useless

The desktop website has a feature that lets you build your sandwich and total the nutritional info. This feature is missing from both the mobile site and the app. Also, the app doesnt tell me which locations offer which bread types. Im deleting the app.

No Apple Wallet support

This app isnt optimized for the iPhone 6+ screen size and it doesnt support adding your subway card to Apple Wallet for easy access. I already always pay with Apple Pay at Subway, why not add my rewards card there too?

I like this App. Ive only really used it to pay for my food when Im picking it up but so far it works great.

Loved the ease of ordering

Loved the way app is designed. Very easy to order a custom sub and schedule for a pickup. However, lack of Apple Pay support bugs me. Also, why not let me pay for one order quickly? Why do I have to add my card details in my account? Also, I need touch id support. Lastly, the keyboard has huge letters even on the iPhone 6. They need to look Normal.

Subway!!

This app is so innovative and makes my constant craving for subway so easy to tend to! Love, love, love it!!

Suggested Improvements

It is a good and functional app. It could be much better with a few improvements. 1- Ability to save favorite orders for easier ordering. 2- All cheese options arent available. 3- Order/Comment box when ordering to communicate with the store to compensate for ordering flaws.

Guy in a subway

They need everything but your social security number and will make sure to save all of your info for ease of use. Took me 25 minutes to redeem an online gift card. The app is almost as glitchy as online.

So easy to use!

I just used it today for the first time to order a couple different things including a big salad with lots of options and it was so easy! Check out was a breeze! I loved walking in the store and beating the line to get my order and get out.

Restaurants ignore orders!

The app works great, but I routinely run into restaurants that ignore app orders until I arrive at the store. They just say, "Oh, were busy." I know youre busy, thats why I used the app to preorder! So instead of a quick process, I actually get shoved farther to the back of the line. Subway needs to get their locals on board with prioritizing the app orders or this is worthless.

Awesome

Super simple interface for ordering, pick up is a breeze. Online ordering is easy with subway cards too.

Useless

Use your navigation if its really that hard for you to find a location. No point to download this app. Also the match and win tab isnt functioning correctly it only goes to find locations. I dont understand why the wouldnt integrate a subway rewards feature with the update either.
