Waisted my time downloading because the subway near me only delivers from the dumb app. App did not work on my iPhone

I used to use this app almost every day until it told me I entered in the wrong password. I reset it several times by email and it still never worked. I broke down and got another email JUST for this. It still didnt work and accused me of being a robot by entering in the wrong password. Whats even weirder is the fact that I cant even order from the website. Please fix. So annoying.

I tried to order 2 sandwiches on the app, only to find there wasnt the option for provolone cheese or spicy mustard like there is in store.

I use this app enough to know that I like it. Its easy to choose your sandwich and what you want on it. The ISSUE that I have is that when you choose to make it a combo you arent given an option to upgrade your drink. Most times I would prefer a large drink with my meal. Please do an update with this simple request and I will be happy.

Other customers simply look at me in surprise when I walk past the line and straight up to the register to pick up my sandwich! Knowing what I want, this is a perfect choice to have it already made when I get there!

Great experience with ordering our lunch. Its like you are there. The sandwiches turned out perfect. No waiting in line. They are ready when you get there.

I was stupid enough to trust this app and the employees, and not be there to babysit them through every single step. I ordered a basic BLT, literally the first listed on the menu and the simplest sandwich imaginable. After biking almost 2 miles to the store, picking it up, and biking back, I realized that my sandwich was literally just bacon and bread, NOTHING ELSE. I biked the whole way back, explained the situation, and got an apathetic look and two soggy cookies bags filled with tomato and lettuce. Terrible experience, the sandwich was disgusting after all that time anyways. Never again.

I love Subway, but being able to order and pay before I leave for Subway is the best! I just walk in and pick up my order.

This is 2016.. Why should I have to carry around a piece of plastic in my pocket? Add the card to my wallet, or at least allow subway employees to scan my card. Terrible rollout. Learn from Panera...

Downloaded the app for the first time, I was so excited to use it and of course they screwed up the order for a Italian 12 inch sub. The sub had all the wrong stuff on it and I didnt realize it until I got it home ! So frustrated. It was so nice going in and not having to wait in line. Employees were very nice but obviously cant read the order. App is useless if the order is wrong! And of course when I hit "rate your last purchase " it jumps off the app to my home screen.

Crashes when trying to provide feedback on orders. Also, I always get rotisserie style when I order oven roasted chicken with the app. Other than that it is decent

Love the convenience of the app but the minute you want to use the "provide feedback on order" function the whole thing crashes. Guess they really dont want to know when they screw up or when there staff are awesome.

Literally the ordering process is easy to navigate thru and edit if needed. Add a card and DONE! Deliver please!

Enhancements needed: - Rethink the long (5 minute plus) account creation - Add Apple Pay - Add Touch ID so I dont have to login - Add ability to have a 12" sandwich wrapped as two separate six inch sandwiches - Add side order option for items like hot peppers so I can control the heat

App could be useful if all menu items were present and it didnt crash when I tried to leave feedback about my order.

Started new account added every thing in and said it couldnt submit so I just tried logging in and it worked ordered what we wanted even though it only has two cheese choices which needs fixed and I get to the store when it said it would be ready and they hadnt even started the order they said they got slammed, in fact it was under a bag of flat bread and it was just the receipt so they couldnt even start it so I had to get in line and go through the motions of ordering anyway. Doesnt save anytime at all

No incentive for using the app whatsoever. I cant buy the sub of the day for $5. There is no point of spending 8 dollars on a sub you can get for 5 if you walk in and order it. It doesnt really take much to fix it. Just at least do the sub of the day feature for now.

I can log in to Subway online and place an order but every time I try to log in the app it shows a message that I have logged in incorrectly too many times and tells me to reset my password. I cant get beyond this screen.
