I got the app today and it was easy to set up. The lady at the store said I could upload the code on the receipt that I purchased today but I can not figure out how to enter it on the app and it doesnt say on the FAQ.

Extremely slow, overly complicated, and crashed my phone when I tried to switch apps after it froze up

I love this app! Well, i love it when it works about 20% of the time... 1 star till you guys fix your app

Cant log in. Reset password. Still cant login. Too many bugs to make it useful.

I guess Im not as hard to please as some...App seems pretty straight forward except maybe the map deal at the beginning??? Not sure whats up with that!?! But ordering was simple, at my store in Dadeville, Al my sandwiches are perfect, salads awesome, pizza delish. Im a happy girl! Never had a problem. Plus staff there are the coolest! Super nice!

Great app so easy

This app is horrible to use. Payment never works. Anyone who rated this more than one star are obviously employees of the app creation company or subway

I go through all the trouble of putting order in and disappointingly but expectedly have to set up account. I sort of expected to be able to order as a guest and pay when I show up. Nope. So I reluctantly go through the trouble of adding my card. It tells me it cant add my card at this time. Lame Cant even order food. I went elsewhere.

I used this app for the first time and was very disappointed. They didnt get the order right and the sandwiches were made sloppy probably because they knew you werent going to watch them make it. The app also doesnt give you all of the options the store would have. The overall design of the app is okay I guess, but I will more than likely never use the app again.

Ive tried multiple times to create an account to log in, but every time I try it says it cant create it.

Ordering was a breeze. Email confirmation gives pickup time. Order prepared to a T. Good job Subway!

Just attempted to use the app - when I go to checkout, first it requires that I attach a card (I originally wanted to pay cash in the store?) (also it would be nice if this could be made clearer as a REQUIREMENT, I went around in circles with the dialog box for a few seconds looking for an alternative), and then it advises me to wait for the cashier to finish, and resubmit. What cashier? I got this error a few times before I finally gave up. I hope for your sake that my card hasnt been charged, this was a massive fail. It would have saved time... If it had worked.

I use it often. Works correctly all the time

First time using tonight. Ordered 5 subs and they are were to perfection. Paid through the app and it was very easy. Got to the store and guess I had the Im hungry look because she held out the sack of subs and said here you mr. Reed! Now thats awesome! Everything I get on my subs were on the app to choose. I could choose more or less. I could double my meat or add bacon. If you have ever eaten at subway then this app is a must. It was very satisfying to walk in, see three people in line ordering their subs and I walk to counter, get my sack and walk out. Literally less than 20 seconds. Thank you.

I expected to view the choices of ingredients for various sandwiches. What a disappointment! I cannot even see anything without logging in. And I cant login. When I walk into a Subway store, I dont need a login. Why would I need one here, simply to view whats available?

My kids are all very picky and I have to either wrote down their entire order or take them in with me. This app is perfect. We pass the phone around so everyone can put in their order as they like. My card info is stored so its easy to order from anywhere anytime. I will be using this during the summer when my kids are off school and want to get lunch. They can walk in and get their food and its already paid for. I wont have to leave work or make sure they have enough money to go to Subway.

The title says it all.

Overall its a good app. Easy to order and I like how quickly I can get my sandwiches. I have two complaints. I would like the app to confirm the security code on my credit card to verify its my card. I would also like the store to verify identity at the store by checking the credit card or ID. A special instructions section would be nice. Ill continue to use the app, performs as described.

I downloaded the app , firstly, to see the Subway menu. I dont want an account yet. I dont want to login. Just the menu pleased. Impossible. Deleted app.
