Why can I not just load my money on my card via the app and have the cashier scan the card like Dunkin Donuts or Starbucks does!? And let me add this scannable card to Apple Wallet.

This app is crap!!!!! Cant order online or pay at store with scanner!!!!!!

It needs more work because most of the time it cant figure out my location. Otherwise itll spit out an error message.

I understand the simple design but I wish there was an "advanced" user section where i can scratch the fluff out of the bread, put onions/peppers on before toasting etc

No resturants are shown in my area for the ordering and no nutritional information is shown. The area I live in has several Subway restaurants. The only thing that works on the application is the basic restaurant finder and the Google Maps application is better for that.

Cant get the online menus for any locations Ive tried. Didnt waste your time.

This app is fairly new but has a good layout and great ideas.The subway stores need updates to support the app. Also Apple wallet support would be nice as well as force touch support.

I guess the creator of this app was a huge Dora the Explorer fan because no matter what button I hit, the MAP always comes up. Who do we ask for help when we dont know which way to go? Gracias!

Makes buy and ordering simple and easy. Glad for the menu improvements and love the point and pay access.

Ive use this app for mobile ordering numerous times and always had a fantastic experience.

This app saves me time. The only problem I have faced is for some reason some stores dont allow certain cheese choices love pepper jack, but other than that...good stuff.

Right now I give you a single star...because I would like to be able to order using my phone, however you do not have Gluten Free bread in your app options.

Good app overall, but doesnt let you order kids sandwiches. Not sure why but for families with younger kids this makes the app useless.

This app was great until recent updates then its gone to crap. Not able to login do not download until they fix this issue.

There should 100% be a way to redeem coupons by paying at pickup.

I havent been able to order online because you are "Updating our menu". Youve lost 10 days of business from me, Ill order again when youre done updating your menu.
